Lawn Care Guarantee: American Landscapes offers a money back guarantee to new customers (customers in their first year of applications) if they, at their discretion, feel their lawn has not improved or are otherwise dissatisfied with the applications provided by American Landscapes. The full purchase price of the applications will be refunded via check or direct deposit within 30 days of written request. The refund is limited to and will not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the first six lawn applications (pre-tax). Only lawn fertilizer and weed control applications are guaranteed and refundable. Any amount spent on other applications or services are not guaranteed and will not be refunded. A customer must complete a full season (6 applications) and a calendar year to be eligible for any refund. A customer requesting a refund must have zero balance due to American Landscapes to be eligible.
